The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical laboratory techniques and principles, as well as previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. ASCP certification or equivalent required.
