This position entails various laboratory functions which support the department, encompassing phlebotomy, specimen processing, centrifugation, aliquoting, labeling, and distribution to relevant test sites. Perform waived and moderately complex procedures, maintain and monitor equipment, and conduct quality control measures as required. Shift Schedule Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays from 3pm to 11pm. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification Formal training in phlebotomy preferred Prior experience working in a controlled environment with adherence to safety protocols to minimize exposure to chemicals, body fluids, blood-borne pathogens, etc. Key Responsibilities Specimen collection Order processing Performing patient testing and specimen setup Supply ordering, inventory management, and restocking
