BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time MRI Technologist (Evening Shift) for Barnes-Jewish Hospital Center for Advanced Medicine.

Position Details:
Evening / Afternoon Shift Hours: Mon - Fri (12pm to 10:30pm)
Full-Time - 40 Hours per Week - 4 days peer week - one day off rotating
NO CALL!!!!
Weekend & Holiday Rotation — Just one Saturday per month and one holiday per year, with time off during the week to recharge and additional pay for working weekend
Siemens MRI Machines - access to the latest and most advanced MR equipment needed to provide the clearest and most accurate images for complex and critical situations
Requirements:
Associate degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Responsibilities
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area. Minimum Requirements
