We are seeking a

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join our

Family Medicine team in San Antonio, TX . This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of patient needs and building long-term relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation
