Function: Evaluate, establish, implement & re-assess Individualized Occupational Therapy programs for children. Job Description: 1. Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires. 2. Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals. 3. Reassess child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly. 4. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program. 5. Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team. 6. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary). 7. Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
