About Us We're a dynamic team seeking an accomplished Dental Hygienist to join our practice. Job Description: A talented and compassionate individual is required to provide exceptional patient care and perform dental hygiene procedures. This role involves collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch oral health services. The successful candidate will hold a current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). A strong working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation are essential. CPR Certification is also mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized patient care and maintain high standards of oral hygiene. Perform routine dental cleaning and scaling procedures. Screen patients for any oral health concerns and document medical histories. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems would be advantageous. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is highly valued.
