Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
About the Job: As an outpatient physical therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' mobility, strength and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient education. You will play a critical role in helping patients develop strength, reduce pain and improve function.
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient setting, a degree in a relevant field, BLS certification, and a current state/compact license.
Assess Patients: Evaluate patients' mobility, strength and function to identify areas for improvement.
Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Maintain Records: Accurately maintain patient records and documentation.
Provide Patient Education: Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to aid in their recovery.
