Our mission is to provide not only outstanding patient care, but, we also want to work with the latest, cutting-edge technology. Our new EMR system, run on automation and AI technology, cuts down average documentation time by over 80%. Documenting an evaluation, less than 5 minutes, daily note, less than 1 minute on average, allowing you as the therapist to prioritize treating your patients, not worrying about spending hour on documentation. The Role We are looking for a few types of therapist to join our team: those who are clinically-driven, focused on being the best clinician they can be; and those who think outside the box, who look to drive innovation and lean more towards the entrepreneurial side of the business. At our core, we are looking for GOOD people, who care about what they do, and are passionate about the field. We are currently looking for physical therapists to work in a variety of different settings: we have outpatient clinic openings throughout Long Island/Queens, and are also looking for home care therapists as well. As a physical therapist on our homecare team, you will really be able to make a difference on our patient's lives, often times in the area they need it most. Each treatment is 1:1, allowing you to see real growth in a short period of time. Therapists treat patients in a geographic area close to their home, build their own caseload, and get to make their own schedules. We also offer a ton of support through a collaborative and fun team. All new hires are all welcome to take part in a paid mentorship program that allows you to really grow into the role, as well as ongoing leadership/development training. Qualifications Valid New York State Physical Therapy License Strong communication skills Passion for treating patients of a variety of different diagnosis Good Human Being Additional Information A large majority of our patients are in the geriatric population, mostly Medicare Part B (although we are in-network with a variety of other large commercial plans). We provide all equipment needed for therapy in the home, as well as a laptop Physical Therapists choose which cases they will take on regularly Expectations Therapists should be able to travel to and from the homes of their patients throughout their given territory Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management including text/email/google products suite Provide a high level of care to each individual patient, helping them reach their greatest potential, time and time again Timely submission of documentation Love what you do!
