As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals in a team-based environment.
Your duties will include:
Developing comprehensive nursing care plans that address all significant needs and problems identified through thorough assessment
Implementing patient care as planned in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Evaluating patient response to interventions and attainment of goals in collaboration with the healthcare team
Providing safe and therapeutic care and seeking resources when necessary
You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on health-related topics and providing guidance to new staff members. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred, and you must have six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit. BLS is required, and you must have a current RN License in the state of employment or compact.
