: The competent and autonomous Nurse practices independently, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, focusing on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process. Additionally, the RN will be responsible for managing tracheostomy (trach) care with ventilator support and addressing other respiratory conditions. Expected outcomes include providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and adhering to established protocols and standards of practice.
