Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Executive, you will work collaboratively with Medical Staff leadership to develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge clinical and educational programs. Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance and oversight for clinical services in Pediatrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality patient care initiatives. Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff members and leadership. Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Requirements To be considered for this esteemed role, candidates must possess: A graduate degree from an accredited program for Registered Nursing; BSN preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico. Advanced certifications such as BLS, NRP, PALS, or ENPC. Strong clinical and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing interdisciplinary teams. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and direct others, while navigating complex healthcare environments. Preferred Qualifications National certification in their area of expertise. Experience working in women's services or pediatrics, with a minimum of 5 years in a clinical role. Progressive management experience, with a focus on team collaboration and development.
