What We Need from You: Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred Experience: Patient Care/Tech Exp License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state or pass boards New graduates must obtain within 90 days of graduation date.

Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Your Role: As a PICU/Peds Nurse, you’ll: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Evaluate and support the care provided by others Uphold patient rights and confidentiality Embrace Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards Must love working with children  of all ages and acuity levels
