Job Title: Pediatric Surgical Care Specialist

Job Description: The Pediatric Surgical Care Specialist will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities: Provide routine and complex care for pediatric patients, with the ability to make long-range goals or plans. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation. Ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process. Manages tracheostomy (trach) care with ventilator support and addresses other respiratory conditions. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care to our pediatric patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred BLS required RN License in state of employment or compact
