Key Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient care plans Provide therapeutic treatments and exercises to patients Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications: Valid PTA license in Virginia Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
