Occupational Therapist Role $2,188-$2,288 per week

About the Role:

Medadventures is seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You'll work to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional independence.

* Adapt and recommend equipment or assistive devices to enhance daily living activities.

* Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.

* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

* Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Passionate about patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
