We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team, providing care across Portage, Medina, Lorain, and Summit counties. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with an expected caseload of 20-24 hours per week.

As a Home Health PT, you'll work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. You'll collaborate with a supportive care team that values communication, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

Requirements:
