Seeking a BC/BE Vascular Neurologist to join an expanding stroke team providing both inpatient and telestroke patient care in eastern North Carolina.

Highlights include: Full-time, employed position Hospital privileges US vascular neurology fellowship or vast experience in vascular neurology is required Academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor Established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20 + neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists Subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, intraoperative monitoring and neuro-oncology Large team of inpatient and outpatient Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants 7 on/7 off or 14on/ 14 off schedule with 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights No call Inpatient stroke shift is consult only with no admission or discharge responsibilities Outpatient opportunities available for interested applicants ACGME neurology residency recently approved and to start in 2025 Strong investment in technology including Gamma Knife, NeuroBlate, and RAPID
