Physical Therapist Position We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes or independent living facilities.
Job Description: This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized physical therapy programs, making referrals to other disciplines as needed, and instructing and educating patients and caregivers in essential skills and functions.
Requirements: A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
A valid driver's license or reliable transportation
