Merchandiser Position The role of the Merchandiser involves providing support for the merchandising of various beverage brands in assigned retail stores. This includes stocking and displaying products on shelves and coolers, as well as reporting to assigned stores for scheduled shifts. Maintaining a high level of product presentation is crucial for meeting customer expectations and driving sales. To achieve this, Merchandisers will be responsible for organizing store displays, ensuring that products are correctly positioned and facing forward, and maintaining an appealing visual appeal. A key aspect of the job is interacting with customers and store staff to provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns they may have. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Additionally, Merchandisers must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, as well as push and pull up to 100 pounds. They will also need to possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
