*Program Overview*

This team serves individuals experiencing homelessness who are temporarily residing in a Bronx-based shelter. Services are delivered in collaboration with shelter staff and are tailored to meet participants where they are—both physically and in their recovery journey.

*Position Summary*

The Program Director leads the Mobile Behavioral Health Team, overseeing both clinical and administrative operations. This role combines leadership with direct clinical practice and includes shared responsibility for supervising team members and guiding participant care.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide strategic and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team * Ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with recovery-oriented principles * Collaborate with shelter partners and community stakeholders * Oversee program development, evaluation, and compliance * Support staff development through training, supervision, and performance management * Maintain documentation and reporting standards * Participate in on-call rotation and respond to participant needs as required

*Requirements:*

* Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychiatric Nursing (LCSW or equivalent licensure preferred) * At least 4 years of clinical experience working with adults in behavioral health settings * Minimum 2 years of supervisory or program management experience * Familiarity with mobile treatment models and harm reduction approaches * Strong commitment to participant autonomy and rights * Proficiency in electronic documentation and basic computer applications
