Overview: We are currently seeking passionate Associate Clinicians (ACSW or AMFT) to join a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary mental health team serving adults (18–64) with moderate to severe mental health needs. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) What You’ll Do: Provide individual, family, and group therapy in outpatient and field-based settings (e.g., homes, transitional housing, shelters). Maintain a manageable caseload of 20–25 clients with diagnoses including psychosis, schizophrenia, and co-occurring substance use. Collaborate with a team of clinicians, psychiatrists, and case managers to deliver coordinated, holistic care. Participate in crisis intervention and comprehensive treatment planning.
