Lead Radiologic Technologist Full Time Afternoons A key aspect of this role is to supervise and manage radiologic technologists, ensuring that diagnostic procedures are performed accurately and efficiently. The individual will be responsible for coordinating the flow of work, delegating tasks, and overseeing the activities of team members. Coordinate the workflow and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department. Supervise and guide radiologic technologists in performing diagnostic procedures according to established standards. Monitor the quantity and quality of work to ensure compliance with departmental requirements. Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and disciplinary actions. Assist in monitoring performance improvement plans and provide guidance to staff members. Key Qualifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R). Required to have or successfully complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS) training. Minimum two years of progressively responsible radiologic experience.
