Responsibilities: As a CT Technologist Lead, you will review patient history, initiate Computed Tomography images based on physician orders, and prioritize procedural patient education to foster mutual understanding and cooperation. Safely administers contrast media or associated imaging medications while closely monitoring patient condition, responding promptly to any changes. Effectively implements techniques to yield clarity in image quality, ensures equipment functionality, and maintains adherence to established best practices in Radiology (ARRT). Performs 3-D post-processing, enters, transmits, and reports scan results accurately and efficiently. Monitors, coaches, and evaluates team members' performance, particularly in areas of productivity and quality management, providing constructive feedback for growth and improvement. Consistently serves as a positive role model, promoting teamwork and cooperation among team members. Assists in coordinating services, prioritizing assignments, and workflow, fostering situational decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excels in performing responsibilities of underlying job requirements.
