Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Provide expert nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts. Required Skills and Qualifications Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact state. 1 year of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
