(licensed Illinois nonprofit home nursing agency) seeks compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home care to medically complex pediatric clients in alignment with IDPH, DSCC, Medicaid, and Medicare standards.As a Pediatric Home Health RN, you will deliver holistic, skilled nursing care directly in the client's home, support medically fragile children with ventilators, G-tubes, trachs, seizure protocols, and individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.This is a mission-aligned role for nurses called to nurture life, restore dignity, and deliver world-class care to families who rely on skilled home nursing to safely thrive outside of the hospital setting.
