Job Title: Mobility Specialist   In a skilled nursing facility setting, you will utilize your expertise to enhance patients' health and mobility through tailored physical therapy services. By assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, you will develop effective treatment plans that promote optimal recovery outcomes. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress Provide education and support to patients and their families A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing environment A degree in a relevant field, such as physical therapy or a related healthcare discipline Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association A current state or compact license to practice as a physical therapist
