Job Title: Remote Occupational Therapist Specialist The job involves delivering comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance skills for independent daily living. As a remote occupational therapist specialist, you will be responsible for creating personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals. Key Responsibilities: Create customized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient objectives. Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using adaptive techniques and assistive devices to improve functional abilities in daily living and work-related tasks. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies to enhance independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs. Requirements: Holding a valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations is essential. Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Possessing a Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy is desirable. Ongoing certification as an OTR (NBCOT) is preferred. Experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is beneficial, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
