Job Position: School Social Worker (FMLA Coverage) Location: Romeoville, IL 60446 Pay Rate: $40.00/hr to $50.00/hr Description: Birch Agency is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to provide support services at an elementary school near Bolingbrook, IL . This is a full-time position covering a Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave from August through October . Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling and social-emotional support to elementary-level students

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student well-being

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on social-emotional goals

Support students with behavioral or attendance challenges

Act as a liaison between school and community agencies

Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work Endorsement

Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
