Home Health Physical Therapist Job Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans. Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance. Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' health and safety. Educate clients and their families on necessary skills for independent living. Requirements: A current Physical Therapist License is required. Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
