The Registered Nurse House Supervisor will oversee the activities of a team, ensuring effective coordination and management of patient care units. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and training as needed. They will also be accountable for documenting daily staffing and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures. In addition to these responsibilities, the Registered Nurse House Supervisor will provide direction and support to nursing staff, assisting with communication with patients and families. Required Skills and Qualifications A graduate of a registered nursing program, preferably with a bachelor's degree or actively pursuing completion within 2 years. A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of patient care units.
