Job Title: Care Manager RN As a key player in patient care coordination, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective and appropriate utilization of healthcare resources. This position involves overseeing and directing the entire spectrum of care for patients across various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities. You will work closely with physicians to manage and coordinate patient care, working at multiple clinic and provider locations as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire and have experience in clinical settings, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Certified Case Manager certification. Knowledge of utilization review and case management is also desirable.
