**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical department operations and ensure ongoing shift leadership and nursing care safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Nursing Department Director/Manager to lead clinical department operations and make strategic decisions. Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution. Current RN license in New Mexico and current BLS Certification. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Benefits: Irregular hours may be required. Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays is possible. Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing may be required. Other Requirements: National specialty certification is preferred. PALS/NRP and TNCC certifications may be required based on area. CPI or equivalent certification must be obtained within six months for Behavioral Health and Emergency Department.
