Quality Improvement Professional
This role is critical in ensuring the highest level of quality care for patients. As a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse, you will play a key part in this endeavor.
Key responsibilities include assessing, evaluating and supporting all quality initiatives within your organization. You will work closely with physician leadership, directors and managers to develop and implement quality efforts, including risk monitoring and reduction in clinical and non-clinical systems.
Additionally, you will serve as a facilitator and mentor for department teams related to performance improvement. Recommendations and innovative solutions will be authorized and made by you. Furthermore, you will assist in the development and performance of educational activities related to Quality Improvement and Accreditation requirements.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Experience: 5 years of Clinical experience and 5 years of Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments
Skills: Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models and demonstrated leadership experience
Communication: Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public and all levels of hospital management
