We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill the role of After Hours On Call Triage RN. About the Role This position involves being available to take calls and triage patients outside of normal business hours, with the ability to make home visits if necessary. The successful candidate will work in both home care and hospice settings, providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.
