Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Hillside, IL 60162

Pay Rate: $50.00-55.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM-3:30 PM

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district near Hillside, IL. This full-time, in-person position serves students in grades Pre-K through 8 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct therapy, collaboration, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language impairments

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student communication goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with documentation requirements

• Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Use data and assessment tools to monitor student progress

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Experience in a school setting preferred

• Ability to work full-time and in-person

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
