Role Overview As a Master Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term vision of our parks and entertainment destinations. Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to a world-class planning team across themed entertainment and resort development. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert input across key areas: land use design, strategic visioning, geographic data management, and pre-development support. Supporting related domains such as government relations, sustainability, environmental planning, and transportation planning. Managing select phases of small projects, including procurement, scheduling, and budgeting. Conducting advanced data analysis and visualization to inform planning strategy. Researching and synthesizing regional and site-specific data for multi-variable planning. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in planning or related fields, with expertise in GIS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of World-Class Planning, Design & Development projects, sustainability, and climate resiliency is preferred. Required Skills and Qualifications Key Skills: Expertise in GIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and data analysis. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of World-Class Planning, Design & Development projects, sustainability, and climate resiliency. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, or related field; 2+ years of experience in planning or related fields.
