They are responsible for managing human resources at the unit level in a cost-effective manner. This includes promptly investigating and resolving complaints from patients, visitors, staff, and physicians, advising management accordingly. Additional Responsibilities: The Clinical RN Manager must be able to respond effectively in crisis situations and provide direction as needed.
