Pride Health is hiring a Travel Surgical Technologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Rochester, Minnesota. Responsibilities: Assist the surgeon/physician during surgical procedures by providing direct support, including suturing and handling surgical instruments. Demonstrate knowledge of human surgical anatomy to effectively support various surgical interventions. Ensure proper patient positioning and maintain a sterile environment following aseptic techniques and perioperative protocols. Anticipate the needs of the surgeon during procedures to facilitate efficient and effective surgical outcomes. Apply working knowledge of surgical instruments, procedural guidelines, and perioperative best practices. Assist with a wide range of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and pediatric surgeries. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Successful completion of an accredited Surgical technologist program Surgical Technologist certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Over 2 years of experience Additional Information: Location: Rochester, Minnesota Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks – *Possible extension* Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Travel Pay Range: $2,280.00 to 2,350.00/ hour *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
