Perform surgical procedures in the scrub role, coordinating other activities as needed. Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA standards. Participate in unit Quality Assurance Programs and attend inservices related to job description as appropriate. "> Qualifications: "> One to two years of scrubbing experience in an inpatient or ambulatory O.R. setting. Graduate of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology with a finished practicum in an inpatient or ambulatory O.R. setting involving scrubbing experience. Knowledge of sterile technique, operating room procedures, and equipment; effective relationships with people; ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.
