Reinstatement Team Lead Job Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing team leader to join our Loss Mitigation group. This senior role will involve developing and leading multiple teams to achieve department objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead multiple teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives
Assess team performance, quality of work, process management, provide feedback, and set targets
Support front-line leaders to drive maximum performance and facilitate individual development and succession planning
Monitor and review processes to ensure efficient completion within policy and procedure guidelines
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations
Administer ongoing training and coaching to maintain exceptional customer service standards
Requirements: A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a high school degree with relevant experience is required
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple teams, with multi-site management being an advantage
Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is beneficial
Must be flexible and able to work varied schedules including evenings and Saturdays
