Key Responsibilities: The Occupational Therapist will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population.
They will evaluate and treat patients in their private residence or in a patient's room in an independent living facility.
The Occupational Therapist organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Valid occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the patient's residence.
