About the Position Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a
Registered Nurse
to work at a facility in
Herkimer, NY.
These are registry positions with our company.
$100 Sign-On Bonus
Pay Rate:
$50 / hour *W2
Shift details: Monday - Friday; 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Nursing Duties but are not limited to:
•
Provide Injections for clinic clients and complete necessary documentation •
Complete clinical documentation that meets compliance standards, medical necessity guidelines, and agency standards as to timeliness and accuracy of documentation •
Track required monthly lab work on spreadsheet •
Submit lab work into the REMS system •
Fax lab work to pharmacies if requested •
Ensure EKGs ae done as required •
Complete Metabolics on clinic clients and complete necessary documentation; make any referrals and linkages that are needed
