Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation for post-acute and long-term residents. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per provider orders and facility policy. Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance. Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
Requirements Active, unencumbered RN licence in the applicable state. Minimum 1 year SNF, LTC, or post-acute experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and IV certification a plus. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
