Rotating 9-day work cycle with alternating 5-day and 4-day weeks (72 hours biweekly); shift times 6:30am-3pm and 8:30am-5pm; no weekends Highlights: Diverse surgical specialties including retina, orthopedics (total joint replacement), hand surgery, breast oncology and reconstruction, ENT, laparoscopic procedures, hernia repairs, and podiatry 5 operating rooms with an average daily census of 18 cases Epic EMR system and Pyxis medication management Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics First-time travel nurses welcome with minimum 1 year circulator experience Scrubs provided by the facility Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be in hand prior to submission) Minimum 1 year of intraoperative circulator experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Proficiency with Epic charting system Two supervisory references from Manager level or above Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Full compliance required by Tuesday prior to start date to ensure on-time orientation Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers exposure to a wide variety of surgical procedures in a well-equipped perioperative environment, making it ideal for RNs looking to expand their clinical skill set.
