Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry within a nephrology unit. The Registered Nurse will provide care for adult patients, focusing on those with unstable cardiac conditions and renal failure. The nurse will work a 3x12 hour shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30. The patient-to-nurse ratio will be approximately 1:5-6. Weekend shifts will be required for two shifts every other weekend. The nurse will float within the facility as needed to meet patient care demands. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including IV teams, respiratory services, and social services. Candidates should have experience in telemonitoring and management of cardiac dysrhythmias. Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred. The role will involve caring for patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Vaccination for influenza is required, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
