Must-Have: Telemetry experience, ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias, experience with peripheral line care and management, adherence to isolation precautions and PPE.
Description: This position requires a nursing professional specializing in telemetry. You will manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6 during day shifts. You will be expected to work two weekend shifts every other weekend. First-time travelers will be accepted. You should possess strong skills in telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia management. You will be part of a team that includes interdisciplinary support. You will care for adult patients with various telemetry-related diagnoses, including stroke and certain cardiac management needs. Daily census management will involve monitoring and attending to multiple patients effectively. This role does not require on-call duties. Float requirements include potential assignments within the scope of telemetry care. Vaccination against the flu is required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
