Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Walnut Creek, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled Experience: 1 year Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Physical Therapist Assistant, Within 2 Years Licenses: PTA-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA Float: As needed, up to 25 miles References: 1 Reference in entire work history
