X-Ray Tech – State College, PA Start: 03/09/2026 | ⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks Pay: $1,943 Gross Weekly Shift: Day Shift 5x8hrs Every 3rd weekend Evening Location: Mount Nittany Health – State College, PA Contact: Broc Bettello Call: 866.332.9600 ext.1052 | Text: (531) 208-0904 Position Highlights • ARRT (Radiography) Required • BLS (AHA) Required • Minimum 1 year radiology experience preferred • Active State License Required • No holiday coverage required • Great facility with strong support staff Key Responsibilities • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures • Perform radiographic exams using CR, DR, Fluoro, and portable equipment • Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic and special procedures • Administer oral and IV contrast when needed • Operate PACS, transfer images, and maintain accurate documentation • Follow ALARA radiation safety standards • Support imaging in ER, OR, PACU, and inpatient units ⭐ Ideal Candidate • Strong patient care and communication skills • Comfortable working nights in a hospital setting • Experience troubleshooting imaging equipment • Team-oriented and detail focused Why State College, PA? • Home to Penn State University with a lively college town atmosphere • Beautiful outdoor recreation, hiking, and scenic mountain views • Affordable cost of living with great community feel • Excellent dining, entertainment, and local events
