Job Title: Unit Leader - Patient Care Services

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Unit Leader to oversee the daily operations of our patient care units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of patient care units Monitor and provide feedback on performance, addressing training needs and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Document daily staffing and administrative records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information Provide direction and support to nursing staff, assisting with communications and resolving issues as needed

Requirements: Education/Skills: Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's Degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting Incumbents grandfathered based on experience
