About the Position You will conduct thorough vehicle inspections and create detailed estimates to support claims resolutions. Negotiate with body shops and assess liability to ensure fairness in claim payments. Manage claims documentation and make decisions aligned with industry standards and local laws. Evaluate and resolve claim payments without delays or issues. Requirements A minimum of four years of relevant work experience in appraisal/estimation or insurance. An Associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience in appraisal/estimation or insurance, or a Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience in appraisal/estimation or insurance.
